Delivery is confirmed within 24 hours of your order being placed and the funds clearing. Once it's confirmed you'll get the date and any tracking details by email.

Most cookies are mass-produced - pumped out by machines, frozen, shipped halfway round the world, defrosted, sold. Ours aren't. Every cookie that leaves the Cartel is hand-rolled, baked from a brown butter dough we obsess over, and loaded with proper Callebaut chocolate - the stuff that actually tastes like chocolate.

We don't cut corners on butter. We don't substitute the sea salt. We don't bake to a profit margin - we bake to the recipe. Every batch is made to order.

The result? A cookie that hits every time. Crisp on the outside, soft and rich in the middle, finished with flakey sea salt that pulls the whole thing together. That's the difference. That's the Cartel.
